Security strategy
Security Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, published by the RIBA in 2023, states: ‘The Security Strategy outlines what security measures have been incorporated into the design based on the Security Risk Assessment and the Security Requirements. Crucially, it captures decision making so the reasoning behind the measures is clearly understood in the future.’
'The Security Strategy is produced by the design team in response to the Security Requirements. It includes security
measures incorporated into the design and records decisions made in relation to these. The Security Strategy should
be coordinated with other Project Strategies and any measures should be incorporated into the Concept Design.'
